Your body is it’s own Healing centre

How is everyone feeling this week? Are you feeling super charged or tired? Are you feeling sluggish or bloated? You may be feeling overwhelmed and stressed?

Well you wont be alone in any of the above! Sometimes it does take a little time to get back to being 100%…unfortunately there is NO MAGIC PILL and QUICK FIX- (disclaimer 😆)

What I do know over my time in clinical practice – is I can help you to uncover the WHY you are feeling this way- the work is still up to YOU. I can guide, support, inform and suggest awesome herbs, supplements, dietary advice to help you repair damage, reduce inflammation, gain more energy, have better sleep etc.. Giving the body the right information to heal – the body will heal. Even if you are already on medications, we may be able to reduce these if necessary, if not helping your body better respond to these medications.

Just sharing my experience so far on my health journey. “After starting my study in Naturopathy back in the 90’s, I believed whole heartedly in ALL DISEASE STARTS IN THE GUT and food is medicine.🥑🥦 It was a small movement back then and much harder to source good quality produce. I shared my beliefs about milk and fluoride being dangerous, gluten being extremely reactive to everyone, even if not coeliac. Not as many (including my family), saw this as truth, after all natural medicine was seen as being a “hippie thing” 😍, or you’re a greenie or a tree hugger! I am so proud now that I held onto my beliefs and how the world NOW has changed with more scientific studies proving these theories. I am human, have suffered through cancer, heartache, childbirth, separation, thyroiditis and will always come back to healing myself with* food first* supplements for deficiencies * herbs for symptomatic relief* movement and meditation/mindfulness * study & reading for growth & wellbeing”.
