Self Healing

Healing the body is never a linear approach or straight line, if it were- we would all be walking around feeling 100% all the time.

We are complex human beings, with different DNA patterns; familial medical history’s- both sides of the family; generational trauma/stored emotional patterns; previous environmental impacts- from wars, bioweapons, medicines, farming; generational impacts – what was in the 1900’s is not how it is now in 2022- think of the EMF’s, agriculture, social media, technology. These all have an impact on your health in some way.

Every choice you make today impacts your future self. “What you put in your mouth today is either a slow poison to disease or an ingredient to wellness” is what you think about, when on your path to wellness.

One of my main ingredients, and first steps to health – is food- this is what I talk about with my clients, as its something we all have control over, can change immediately, everyday without spending hundreds on supplements or the latest “fad” super cure. Yes, we made need to add a supplement or two, but my rule is one or two at a time, starting low and slow so we know what is impacting and making the difference. Supplements – to “supplement” what is deficient at the time.

Key points here – Is your digestion working? Will it break down/absorb the foods/supplements effectively? What are you taking at home- that was on special at the supermarket, chemist warehouse or on SM? Are you ready to make the changes? Willing to feel discomfort?- this is a big one! We are all about comfort these days. Sorry to burst your bubble- stop being a marshmallow! You are stronger than you think and so is your body. Typically, we are our own worst enemy, getting your mindset right, will help you heal.

Movement is vital to health- increasing your “vitality” (energy), strength and functioning of all your systems and moods.

Nature- so sad we must schedule in nature-time these days. The world we live in, work in, go to school in, is mostly in buildings- with wif-fi, internet, lighting, heating, lack of fresh air. Go to a park at lunch times, go for morning or afternoon walks- most area’s have ovals or parks with nature strips, travel to a place like the beach for an afternoon or a forest. Negative ions found in nature also the ultraviolet rays in the sun create a positive charge in our bodies, helping improve our moods, reduce stress, boost our immunity, even kill off many harmful bacteria. As primal people we lived in nature, now we must seek it out.

Summary to first steps is *food first * supplement the deficiencies *mindset *movement *nature.

Additional steps *cold therapy *sauna/infrared therapies *lymphatic drainage.

Deeper dives are *healing trauma *generational release techniques.

Testing *can be implemented in any of the steps above – depending on outcomes of first steps, or unresolved issues, hidden infections, chronic deficiencies (e.g., iron).
